Best fire pit accessory I have ever bought

I have tried every fire starting method — fire starters, kindling, lighter fluid, fire gel. Spark beats all of them. Set it, fill it, stack wood, light it. Fire in 3 minutes. I leave it in the pit year-round. Colorado winters, summer rain — it just works.

No more newspaper drama

Our fire pit nights used to start with 20 minutes of crumpled newspaper, lighter fluid, and a lot of smoke. Now it is 2 minutes start to finish. The kids can enjoy the fire without waiting. Smoke is noticeably less during startup. Genuinely impressed.

Built exactly as described

Solid piece of steel. Heavier than I expected. Works exactly as advertised. I've run about 30 fires through it — fire pit, chiminea, beach bonfire ring. Not a single issue. The 91% isopropyl tip is accurate; don't bother with 70%.

Worth every penny

Hosting large backyard gatherings every weekend. Used to dread starting the fire because it always became a 30-minute group activity with everyone offering contradictory advice. Now I start it myself in under 5 minutes before anyone arrives.

A fire pit Game changer!

I have a fire pit, which I enjoy several times a week. The Spark is a game changer. No more messing around with inferior fire starters. You just add some rubbing alcohol to the spark light it and you’re done no excess smoke no toxic fumes. That thing burns for a good 15-20 minutes long enough to ignite your wood and get you off to a good smooth burn..

Perfect addition to solo stove bonfire!

We’ve used it with our solo stove bonfire, it fits perfectly, it works every time, it’s super easy, and incredibly fast! Our fire pit has gone from minimal smoke to truly smoke free and we have a roaring secondary burn in minutes! Incredible, highly recommended!

Awesome product.

This has increased my confidence in building and maintaining a fire. Very simple to use. It only took 5 minutes for the kindling +larger logs to become a roaring fire. My wife will have to find something else to complain about cuz this did not take long at all.

Easiest and least smoky start ever!

The Spark Infinite Firestarter is easy to use and works as claimed in the promotional materials. Fire starts easily and is a much less smoky strt in my SoloStove than using waxy fire starters. I’ve only had it a month but the quality looks like it will last a very long time.

This thing is everything as advertised!

This thing is everything as advertised! I didn’t fill it all the way and it burned for a minimum of 5-10 mins and easily and effortlessly started our wood burning in our solo stove… so glad we got this!

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU BUY?

Everything You Need To Know Before Lighting Up

Spark runs on isopropyl rubbing alcohol. Pour in 10 oz, and that's it. Go with 91% if you can get it, because 70% is about a third water and that water has to boil off before anything useful happens. No paper, no kindling, no wax cubes, no lighter fluid.

A full 10 oz fill gives you up to 10 minutes of strong flame. That's the window your wood has to catch, and if it's stacked with room for air, that's plenty. If your fire still isn't going after 10 minutes, the problem is the wood, not the Spark.

Spark is reusable for as long as you own it. It's stamped from one piece of 304 stainless steel with no welds, no joints, and no moving parts, so there's nothing on it that wears out and nothing to replace. Burn it, let it cool, use it again tomorrow night.

Spark is 17 inches across and 1.75 inches thick. Measure the inside of your pit before you order, because Spark needs to sit flat on the floor to work properly. Wedged in at an angle, you lose the airflow underneath that makes it worth using.

Yes. Spark works in an open fireplace and in a chiminea, as long as the firebox is wide enough for a 17-inch unit. The safety rules don't change indoors: keep the alcohol capped and well away from the fire, light from the side, and never top it up while it's still warm.

Yes. Spark is built to work in any weather, and 304 stainless doesn't rust if your pit fills with water over the winter. Wind and damp are exactly the conditions where paper and kindling let you down, which is most of the reason Spark exists.

No, and that's most of the point. Most of the smoke at the start of a fire comes from paper, cardboard, and damp kindling smoldering before they properly catch. Spark skips that stage entirely, so you get from lighting it to a real fire without everyone shifting seats.

No. Build your logs straight over the Spark and light it. No newspaper, no kindling bundle, no shaving sticks down with a pocket knife, and no Boy Scout skills required.

Spark comes from a small team in Chattanooga, Tennessee. We're real people, and you can email us at info@sparkfirestarter.com if anything isn't right with yours.

Spend Less Time Starting the Fire. More Time Enjoying It.

One piece of steel. Unlimited fires. You buy it once, and you never think about fire starters again. That is the point of Spark.
